Interests: I began shamonic studies in 1984 and have had the honor of participating in over 200 sweat lodge ceremonies. Many with Yurock, Karouk, Cree, Lakota, Ogala, Apache, Cherokee, and Tiowa medicine men and women. I now lead regularly held sweat lodges. I have also been on five Vision Quests and participated in several Yuwipis. I have meditated since the early 1980's and I practice Zen, Tibetan and Native American meditation. I did Kundalini yoga every day for 5 years from 1990-1995 and have familiarity with Yang Style Tai Chi, and Chi Gung.
